Paws4Claws Returns and Shipping Policies

 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

PawsClaws maintains 95% of our inventories in our own warehouse here in North Carolina.  Occasionally, we will be out-of-stock due to strong customer demand or limited inventory shipments from our suppliers.   We try to always ship your orders within 24-48 hours of purchase on in-stock items.

 

What Is Our Return Policy? 

At Paws4Claws, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.


Paws4Claws will only accept merchandise returns with a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within 25 days of purchase. A credit or refund will be issued at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Pending inspection for damage to the product and packaging, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your receipt or packing slip.  No returns will be accepted without prior written pre-authorization.

  • Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • No item will be accepted that have been shipped uninsured.


If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 919.240.5803.

Do not return any damaged merchandise to us without written pre-authorization (RGA).


May I return "SALE PRICE" merchandise?
Yes, (unless otherwise stated) within 20 days from the date of delivery, "SALE PRICE" merchandise may only be returned for store credit only and as long as it is in its original packaging, has not been damaged and is be accompanied by a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and is shipped to the address listed above "INSURED".  Shipping & Handling fees are nonrefundable.


How Do I Pay For My Purchase?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. 

 

How will my order be shipped?

Do to increased fuel prices which have caused UPS cost to escalate dramatically, Paws4Claws ships via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail whenever possible.

Free Shipping Guidelines

Occasionally, Paws4Claws offers Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more (on regularly priced merchandise).  However, this program DOES NOT INCLUDE sale priced merchandise, custom made, made-to-order, large size, heavy weighted merchandise or merchandise shipped outside of the continental USA.  Paws4Claws reserves the right to add shipping charges to any orders that received Free Shipping in error.  Please contact us if you have any questions about our Free Shipping program.

What If I Need My Order To Arrive Faster Than USPS Priority Mail?

If you require even faster shipping, we also offer USPS Express mail.  If you would like us to ship via UPS or FedEx contact us and we will arrange to ship your order using one of those methods.

How Are Delivery Charges Calculated?


At Paws4Claws, our goal is to deliver your purchase in most timely, safe and economical way possible. We ship all merchandise via USPS.  Your shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your merchandised after it is packed for shipment. The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be displayed at "checkout".  A handling charge of $2.00 is included in your total payment amount to reflect the costs associated with order processing, item selection, transportation of items and pack-out materials.

 

Can I Place Special Orders?

Paws4Claws has developed some special arrangements with our business partners, which allows us to secure merchandise on a special order basis.  Just call us at 919.240.5803 or email us at customerservice@paws4claws.com with your request.  We will do our best to track down what you are looking for as long as it made by one of our existing suppliers.

 

What Happens If My Order Is Out-of stock or Back-ordered?

Unfortunately, back-orders and out-of-stocks do happen.  Paws4Claws will do its best to keep you notified as to when we expect to ship your order.
